At Dear-Born Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all fashion items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with your packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
